This is a real, active class action settlement. The court has approved the agreement, the administrator is processing claims, and eligible class members are being paid. All you need to do is file a claim form before the deadline.

What you can receive

GlaxoSmithKline settlement payments are either $50 or $10 per claimant, depending on whether you provide proof of vaccination. Submit a Qualifying Proof of Vaccination (records from your doctor, pharmacy, or insurer dated before February 10, 2025) and you’ll receive $50. Submit the claim form with only an attestation and no supporting documents, and the payment is $10. Only one claim may be filed per class member . Payment can be issued via Venmo, Zelle, virtual prepaid card, or physical check. Payments won’t go out until after the Final Approval Hearing on July 2, 2026, and any appeals are resolved.
