This is a real, active class action settlement. The court has approved the agreement, the administrator is processing claims, and eligible class members are being paid. All you need to do is file a claim form before the deadline.

What you can receive

Tinder settlement payments are calculated on a per capita and pro rata basis. Each class member receives a share of the Net Settlement Fund equal to 70% divided by the total number of participants, plus 30% based on how much you paid for Tinder Plus and Tinder Gold. Class members who paid more receive higher payments. Payment can be made via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, ACH transfer, or mailed check.
