Colgate-Palmolive settlement payments vary depending on whether you submit proof of purchase . Without proof of purchase, you may receive the average manufacturer’s suggested retail price for up to one Tom’s of Maine toothpaste product per household. With proof of purchase, you may receive a full refund of what you paid for up to three products per household. If total approved claims exceed the available funds, all payments will be reduced proportionally . Payments can be received digitally via PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle, or by mailed check. Payments will not be distributed until after the court grants final approval at the September 10, 2026 hearing and any appeals are resolved.
