Watermark Services IV settlement payments vary by individual and are calculated based on the number of workweeks each class member worked during the Class Period . After deductions for attorney fees , litigation expenses, administrator costs, class representative service payments, and PAGA penalties to the state, the remaining funds are divided proportionally among participating class members. Payments will be mailed by check to each participating class member’s address on record. Checks will include both the individual class payment and any applicable PAGA payment in a single check. The 20% wage portion of each payment will be reported on a W-2; the remaining 80% and any PAGA payments will be reported on a 1099.
