Splunk settlement payments are estimated at $1,673.71 per person. All class members who submit a valid, timely claim form receive an equal share of the settlement fund . Payments will be mailed as checks after the Final Approval Hearing on July 17, 2026, once all appeals or reviews are complete. Checks expire 180 days after issuance.
