You may be eligible if you:
- You are eligible if you fall into one of these groups between Jan 1, 2007 and Dec 31, 2023:
- Businesses that accepted Discover cards directly.
- Merchant Acquirers:
- Entities with agreements to facilitate Discover transactions.
- Payment Intermediaries:
- Entities that processed Discover transactions for others.
- Your transactions must have included ‘Misclassified Card Transactions’ (consumer cards wrongly listed as commercial).
What you can receive
Payments depend on the amount of interchange fees you paid. All valid claims will receive at least $10. The fund will pay out between $540 million and $1.225 billion.
How to file your claim

- Upload or attest to the proof the administrator asks for (usually notice ID, receipt, or account info).
- Submit before 2026-05-18. Payments are issued after the settlement is final.
