STS Aviation Group settlement payments are up to $4,680 per person, depending on which benefit option you select and how many total claims are filed. Class members can choose between two options: Option 1 covers documented out-of-pocket expenses up to $600, identity theft or fraud losses up to $4,000, and up to four hours of lost time at $20 per hour (maximum $80); Option 2 is a flat $50 cash payment that requires no supporting documentation. All class members can also enroll in two years of CyEx Identity Defense Complete credit monitoring at no cost. The $350,000 aggregate cap means that if total claims exceed that amount, individual payments will be reduced proportionally .
