A federal class action has been certified, a settlement is approved, and the court-appointed administrator is paying eligible class members now. What you can receive

Choose Your Horizon settlement payments are approximately $337 per person. The exact amount depends on the number of class members who exclude themselves from the settlement. Eligible class members who received notice will receive payment via automatic distribution by check mailed to their address on file, or can elect to receive payment via PayPal or Venmo. Payments will be distributed within 28 days after final court approval. Checks expire 180 days after issuance.
