What you can receive

Norton Healthcare settlement payments are at least $5 per valid claim, with the final amount determined on a pro rata basis depending on how many claims are filed. Eligible class members can also claim up to $2,500 for documented out-of-pocket losses tied to the data breach , and up to $80 (4 hours at $20/hour) for lost time. Three years of CyEx Medical Shield Pro medical account monitoring is available as an additional benefit. Paper claims will be paid by check after distribution is complete; online filers can elect electronic payment. Payments will be distributed after the court grants final approval of the settlement and any appeals are resolved.
