A federal class action has been certified, a settlement is approved, and the court-appointed administrator is paying eligible class members now. What you can receive

Ingram Micro Americas settlement payments are up to $1,500 for class members who submit documented out-of-pocket losses, or an estimated $50 for those who choose the pro rata cash option. The pro rata amount may be higher or lower depending on the total number of valid claims filed.
