Cadence Bank settlement payments are between $100 and $12,500 depending on the type of claim you file. Class members can choose one of two paths: the straightforward option is a flat $100 alternative cash payment, which requires no documentation and is subject to pro rata adjustment based on how many people file. The higher-value option covers reimbursement of ordinary losses up to $2,500 (including up to $100 for lost time at $25/hour) and extraordinary losses up to $10,000, but both require supporting documentation.
