What you can receive

The Boeing Company settlement payments are estimated at $1,396.32 per person for eligible class members who submit a timely, valid claim. All qualifying claimants receive an equal pro rata share of the settlement fund . Payments will be issued as checks mailed to class members after the Court grants final approval and any appeals are resolved.
