What you can receive

301 Scrubs settlement payments are either a flat $50 with no documentation required , or up to $2,500 if you can show documented out-of-pocket losses tied to the June 2024 data breach. You can only choose one cash payment option. All class members are also eligible to enroll in two years of CyEx Identity Defense Complete credit monitoring, which includes $1 million in identity theft insurance. Online claimants can receive cash via PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle; those who mail in a claim will receive a check. Payments will be distributed after the court grants final approval and any appeals are resolved.
