Hi there,
Welcome to Mass Tort Movers, your weekly read on the class-action settlements and mass torts you might be owed money from. We watch the court dockets, the regulators and the news so you don't have to, then flag what actually moved this week and whether it could fit you. We're not a law firm, and we never charge you a cent.
The Suboxone tooth decay claims are still working their way through federal court, which means the cases have not been resolved and the people who filed them are still waiting. That is the whole of this week's issue. If you took Suboxone and your teeth were damaged, this is the matter to watch.
Suboxone tooth decay claims move through federal court
The Suboxone dental injury claims are consolidated in a federal mass tort. People who took the sublingual film and later faced serious tooth decay, erosion, or lost teeth have brought these cases. The recent headline about a workplace ban and an EEOC lawsuit concerns employment rules, not this dental litigation, so it does not change these claims.
You may be eligible if you used Suboxone sublingual films for at least six months and then had severe tooth decay, dental erosion, or tooth loss. We cannot promise payment. If that sounds like you, keep your dental records and prescription history, and reach out to claimscout to see whether you may qualify.
If any of this sounds like your situation, checking whether you may be eligible is free and takes a minute. We will be back next week with whatever the dockets turn up. Until then, take care of yourself and your teeth.
Until next week,
