What you can receive

Walgreen Pharmacy Services settlement payments are calculated on a pro rata basis according to each class member’s proportionate share of the total potential penalty plus 9% statutory interest. Checks will be mailed automatically to class members who do not opt out at the address where the notice was sent. Payments will arrive within approximately two months after the final approval hearing on August 4, 2026, if there are no objection s or appeals.
