What you can receive

Tyson Foods and Cargill settlement payments are proportional — each eligible claimant receives a pro-rata share of the net settlement fund based on the estimated amount of qualifying beef they purchased during the class period . No fixed per-person amount has been announced. Payments will be distributed after the settlements receive final court approval and any appeals are resolved. Claimants can choose to receive their payment via PayPal, Venmo, Amazon, Starbucks, Instacart, or a mailed physical check.
