What you can receive

NTN Bearing Corporation of America settlement payments are anticipated to be at least $1,500 per class member. All approximately 550 class members will receive an equal share of the $1,427,500 fund after deductions for attorneys’ fees (up to 35% of the fund), administration costs, and service award s for the class representative s. No claim form is required. If the Court grants final approval, Rust Consulting will mail a check to each class member’s last known address. Payments will only go out after final approval is granted and any appeals are resolved.
