Flo Health settlement payments are a pro rata share of the net settlement fund , meaning the exact amount each person receives depends on the total number of valid claims submitted and Court-approved deductions for attorneys’ fees, litigation expenses, and administration costs. California residents who qualify for the California Subclass will receive twice the pro rata share of claimants from other states, due to the increased legal value of claims under California’s data protection laws. Payments of less than $1.00 will not be issued. Payment will be sent digitally via email after final court approval, with options including PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Amazon, or direct deposit.
